Our sanitary thermocouple and RTD product lines are for our customers with chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, dairy, food, filtration, or beverage applications. These sensors typically require tri-clamp style fittings on the sensors or wells. Thermocouple and RTD assemblies can be made with or without a transmitter.
If your process requires frequent wash downs, our sanitary style assemblies can be ordered with Polypropylene flip top, screw cover, or white epoxy coated aluminum heads. These heads also have a Buna O-ring to prevent dust and water from entering the sensor.
We offer any type of thermocouple or RTD with the following tri-clamp cap sizes:
