Thermocouple Plugs and Jacks for use as shown below, Color coded, with the Plug pins and the Jack contacts made from thermocouple alloys (except Type B, R, and S which are made from compensating alloys).

Plugs with solid pins are mounted on thermocouple elements with compression type Tube Adaptors, either screw (TA) or insert (TAI) styles. They are available for 1/16" (1.6mm), 1/8" (3.2mm), 3/16" (4.8mm), 1/4" (6.4mm), 3/8" (9.5mm), and 1/2" (1.7mm) O. D. tubes. Standard Style Jacks can be clamped to insulated wire by using Cable Clamps (CL).

Standard Style Plugs and Jacks shown below are for wire gauges up to 20 (.81). For larger gauges (14, 11, or 8) use Jab Style. Thermocouple Plugs & Jacks for Tungsten 5% Rhenium vs. Tungsten 26% Rhenium (Type C) are also available.    

Note all plugs and jacks are available in two styles as shown below. Style "A" is Standard when purchased separately. Style "B" is standard on thermocouple assemblies. Style "B" can be purchased separately by adding a small "b" to the front of the item number.        Example: K1b
