Catalog Number Key
The first numbers in the part number below refers to the element wire gauge.
The first letter refers to the Thermocouple Type (E, J, K, or N).
The"6" designates angle assembly.
The next grouping is the Protection Tube alloy and pipe size.
Add "SH" for a Standard Aluminum Head   "WH" for a Weatherproof Head (large or small)
             Aluminum = "AWH"     Cast Iron = "CIH" 
Many others are available, including Plugs and Jacks
For the "H" insert the Hot leg length. For the "C" insert the Cold leg length
Multiples of 6 inches (152.4 mm) are standard, others are also available.

 thermal shock. Longer life than metal tubes but requires care in application
